Unless you have a few stone to lose I would only recommend taking the Lean at weekends or special occasions. I call them my BOLD tablets, I only use them at the weekends or cheat meal when I am being bold. Take one directly before the meal, they last for 4 hours in your body. They are also great for maintaining your weight if you take them before a cheat meal. There are 120 in a pack so they should last a few months.

Forever Lite Shakes
The Nutri Lean is based on 2 shakes a day, but to be honest, even if you vary the shakes you will get sick of drinking shakes, therefore I suggest you just take one shake a day and have a healthy 200/250 calorie meal instead of the second shake.
The Nutri Lean programme is based on a 1,500-calorie eating plan. Because individual calorific needs vary you should really work out your BMR rate.
Your BMR relates to the rate at which your body utilises and burns calories. This indicates the minimum number of calories your body needs each day in order to properly function while you rest (such as heart beat, breathing, blood flow). It is important to familiarise yourself with your actual ‘metabolic rate’ – the rate at which your body utilises and burns calories. The only way to lose weight is to burn your body’s metabolic rate, and you will be one step closer to achieving your goal weight .
